What we collect

Jordan keeps the personal data we collect deliberately small. To process and ship your order we need your email address and your shipping address. That is the bulk of it. At checkout your payment information is handled directly by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

We also receive standard server log data when you visit store.fugiat.store: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps. These logs are retained for limited diagnostic purposes only.

How we use it

Your data is used to fulfill your order, send shipping updates, respond to support requests, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not bundle it for marketing partners.

We share information only with vendors that need it to do their job: the payment processor, the shipping carrier, our email service for transactional notifications, and our hosting provider. Each of these vendors operates under their own privacy obligations.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fugiat.store with your order email address and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

We use first-party cookies to keep your cart populated as you navigate the store. We do not load third-party advertising trackers on store.fugiat.store. You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings without breaking checkout meaningfully.

Retention and security

Order records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law, then routinely purged. Personal data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access inside our team is restricted on a need-to-know basis.
