30-day return window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return on stock Jordan footwear ordered through store.fugiat.store. To qualify, the shoes must be unworn, in their original box, with all tags and packaging intact. Try them on indoors only — the soles must be spotless.

Custom and personalized items are final sale

Anything personalized, customized, or made-to-order is final sale and cannot be returned. That includes custom colorways, monogrammed releases, or limited drops flagged as final sale on the product page. Please double-check sizing and spec before checking out — once your custom pair enters production we cannot reverse it.

How to start a return

Email hello@fugiat.store with your order number and a short note explaining what is going back. Our team replies within one business day with a return authorization (RA) number and the prepaid label, where applicable. Returns shipped without an RA number cannot be processed.

Please ship returns inside the original product box, then place that box inside an outer shipping carton. Putting a label directly on the shoe box voids the return.

Refund timing

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse and inspected, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take an additional billing cycle to surface the credit on your statement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for defects and our errors; otherwise a flat $9.99 is deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

We do not run direct exchanges. To swap a size or model, return the original pair under the rules above and place a fresh order for the replacement at any time. This keeps inventory honest and gets the new pair to you faster.
