These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of store.fugiat.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Jordan ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By checking out you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is legitimately yours.

2. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to availability and to confirmation of the order price. Prices on the Site are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order we will refund the original payment method in full.

3. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Custom and personalized items are final sale.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photography, logos, icons, layout, and source — is owned by Jordan or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or copy product data at scale, to interfere with site security or performance, or to misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts and refuse service for any breach.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jordan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from any product purchased through it. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
