Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping

Every order placed on store.fugiat.store ships from our US fulfillment partner within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Standard delivery to all 50 states lands in 3 to 5 business days after handoff to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your label prints.

Orders over $99 USD ship free. Below that threshold, a flat $9.99 ground rate applies at checkout.

International shipping

We ship Jordan kicks to more than 30 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and parts of South America. International transit typically lands in 7 to 18 business days depending on customs clearance in your region.

Duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Refused shipments are returned at the customer's expense.

Tracking and delivery

Once your package is in motion you can paste the tracking number into your carrier's site at any time. If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please wait 48 hours, then contact us at hello@fugiat.store so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

We are not able to reroute packages mid-transit. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your shoes arrive damaged, photograph the packaging and the product within 48 hours of delivery and email us at hello@fugiat.store. We will arrange a replacement pair or a full refund at your preference, provided the claim is filed inside the 48-hour window.
